The Fabricator – The Craft Behind FABCo
He is the technical backbone of FABCo – the fabricator who turns raw steel into clean, precise, and structurally reliable builds. With years of hands-on experience, he has mastered welding, alignment, geometry, and design, ensuring every project is built with intention and accuracy.
His work is defined by discipline, consistency, and an eye for detail. Every cut, every weld, and every angle reflects his commitment to build strong, clean, and lasting pieces. His craftsmanship sets the foundation for FABCo’s reputation for quality and safety.

The Strategist – Operations & Coordination
Focused, organized, and always thinking ahead. He handles the planning, structure, vendor communication, and all the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps FABCo moving smoothly. He’s the one who makes sure every order, every project, and every partnership stays on track.
His attention to detail and clear communication ensures that timelines stay tight, customers stay informed, and the shop stays running efficiently. He brings stability and consistency to the process, supporting the team so fabrication can stay focused and precise.
Diana M Castro
The Numbers & Business Vision
She is the structure and direction of FABCo – overseeing finances and the full operational flow, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution. Her leadership keeps the company stable, organized, and growing, balancing fabrication with strategy and long-term vision. She ensures FABCo stays on track, delivers on time, and maintains its reputation for quality and trust.
She also manages the digital and administrative side of the company – handling online orders, website updates, customer communication, and social media. Her work keeps FABCo connected, visible, and running efficiently, making sure every detail behind the scenes supports the quality delivered in the shop.
