Shipping Policy
At FABCo, every order is built with precision and care. Because many of our products are custom-made and powder coated per customer request, production and shipping times may vary.
Processing Time
- Standard built-to-order items: 7–21 business days
- Powder-coated or custom-color items: 7–14 business days
- Fully custom fabrication: timelines vary based on the project
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your item has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We ship through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and product dimensions.
Local Pickup
Local pickup at FABCo 2425 E Palo Verde Street Yuma, AZ 85365 is available for all products. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom Orders
Because most FABCo parts are custom-built or powder coated, all custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Custom Items
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item:
- Is unused
- Is in original condition
- Is returned with all hardware and packaging
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the product and packaging
- Email us within 48 hours at ContactUs@UnlimitedFABCo.com
- We will replace the damaged part or issue a solution
Incorrect or Missing Items
If we made a mistake on your order, we will correct it at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, fabrication may have begun, and cancellation might not be possible.
Warranty
FABCo fabrication parts are built to last.
Our products come with a limited craftsmanship warranty, which covers:
- Weld integrity
- Structural defects
- Fabrication-related issues
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Powder coat fading or scratches
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
